We’re seeking a Murex Front Office/Trading Support Consultant to join an exciting initiative with a top-tier financial client in Toronto. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Murex experience and strong financial/trading systems knowledge.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Support the Murex platform, focusing on front office and trading functionality
Work on Murex implementation and upgrade projects (build and validation phases)
Manage market data, pricing, and structuring of complex financial products (e.g., FX Derivatives, IRD, Fixed Income)
Build and validate rate and hedge curves for IRD products
Perform valuation of vanilla and light exotic products (e.g., swaps, currency swaps, caps/floors, callable swaps)
Support analytics: exotic valuations (IRS, PRDCs), HW/BGM models, XVA
Create and execute test cases, document defects, and collaborate with development teams
✅ Required Experience:
2–4 years in Financial Markets/IT Business Analysis
2+ years of hands-on Murex experience (Front Office or Trading Support)
Experience with Murex – Datamart and Murex – MXML
