Hiring a Digital Paid Media Specialist for a 12-month contract in Toronto, ON, Canada, with a hybrid working model.
Must-have skills include:
– Paid Media Experience: Proven expertise in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, particularly in Programmatic (3 years).
– KPI Monitoring and Reporting: Strong ability to define, track, and analyze KPIs, providing actionable insights to meet business objectives (3 years).
– Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners (3 years).
– Platform Proficiency: Working knowledge or certification in at least two platforms (e.g., DV360 (Primary), Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP, CM360) (3 years).
– Analytical and Digital Savviness: Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and adaptability to evolving digital tools and trends (3 years).
Nice to have:
– Financial Industry Knowledge.
– Experience in financial services or wealth management.
– Innovative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify trends, competitive insights, and innovative solutions to enhance campaigns.
