Required Skills:
• Strong experience with IBM Maximo 7.x
• Experience in application support and enhancement environments
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
• Experience working within a service management environment
• Experience with providing technical solutions, while ensuring system stability, performance, and adherence to enterprise standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
