Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Marketing Designer/Digital Design/Banking. You will contribute to a fast-paced, agile marketing team by creating engaging digital communications that support personal banking initiatives, ensuring they are visually compelling, on-brand, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Pay Rate (CAD): $47.10/hr – $56.52/hr

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality, personalized digital client communications for email, CRM, and app messaging
Translate business briefs into creative, brand-aligned visual assets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, copywriting, product, and compliance
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and regulatory requirements
Manage multiple projects concurrently within fast-paced, agile squads
Conceptualize and develop layouts, visual storytelling, and production assets
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine creative output
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and quality standards
Desired Skill-Set

5-7 years of digital design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative work in email, CRM, and digital assets
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling
Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG / AODA)
Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-changing environment
Ability to present ideas clearly and incorporate feedback effectively
Nice to Have

Experience working in financial services or regulated environments
Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM tools
Proficiency in Figma
Agency background with exposure to agile/squad-based delivery models
