Our design client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a passion for design, storytelling, and digital content creation. This is a full-time permanent role that is fully in office in Toronto.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and distributing content for a range of audiences. You will create and deliver approved materials that support marketing and social strategies, enhance brand messaging and image, and contribute to business development and media initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a resourceful professional who values brand reputation management and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. This is an on-site position, in Downtown Toronto.
Responsibilities:
Develop, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms.
Create and edit digital content, including graphics, videos, blogs, and newsletters, tailored to target audiences.
Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, success stories, and updates to share with audiences.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials (presentations, brochures, email campaigns) as needed.
Stay up to date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging digital tools.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital content and social media management.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop and InDesign)
Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and report on performance.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
A creative mindset with a strong sense of brand voice and audience engagement
