Manager, Technology Risk & Controls

We’re hiring a Manager, Technology Risk & Controls ( in Toronto) to lead our client’s 1st line of defense (1A) function within Global Corporate Technology.

This role is focused on governance, remediation, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance (including OSFI B-13). You’ll work closely with security, risk, and audit teams to ensure controls are effective and aligned with frameworks like ISO, SOC2, and NIST.
Looking for someone with:
7–10 years in tech risk, security, or audit
5+ years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of 1A responsibilities and the 3 Lines of Defense
Experience with application security, patching, access management, and remediation
