As Manager, Program Management, you will be responsible for the portfolio of contracts for CDW Canada and all Program Management staff.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree; 5 years relevant experience managing and negotiating contracts in IT or comparable industry; 5+ years’ experience leading a team; Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook; Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); Possesses strong problem solving and project management skills; Customer facing experience; Possesses understanding of contract terms, processes, requirements, and practices applicable to all the sectors/segments supported; Contract and compliance experience or relevant customer-related experience; Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% or as needed to other CDW locations, meetings and client sites. Assets: MBA preferred; Certified by a recognized Contract Management association; Proficient in MS Access and other Databases.
