🚨 Hiring: Manager, Business Technology (ERP Integration)
📍 Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days/week)
📄 12-Month Contract
💰 Up to $70/hr INC OR ~$125K salary equivalent
We’re partnering with a large technology-driven organization looking for a senior, hands-on Engineering Manager / Integration Leader to lead enterprise integration and modernization initiatives across critical business platforms.
This is NOT a pure people-management role.
They’re looking for someone who can:
✔ Own enterprise systems end-to-end
✔ Lead integration architecture decisions
✔ Drive modernization + migration programs
✔ Mentor and upskill engineering teams
✔ Stay technically hands-on while leading delivery
Tech / platform environment includes:
• Salesforce
• MuleSoft
• Zuora
• Workday
• ERP / CRM / Billing ecosystems
• APIs, middleware, automation, and data pipelines

Ideal background:
✅ Engineering Manager / Integration Manager / Solution Architect
✅ Experience with enterprise integrations + platform modernization
✅ Strong API, middleware, and data flow knowledge
✅ Experience leading migrations, releases, and cutovers
✅ Comfortable managing stakeholders across Finance, HR, and Technology
✅ Strong technical depth in at least one of Salesforce, MuleSoft, Zuora, or Workday
Nice-to-have:
➕ SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Dynamics exposure
➕ AI-enabled automation or enterprise workflow experience
➕ Experience mentoring junior engineering teams
