Role Description

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager – BI and Analytics, Reporting & Data Science (Cognos) to lead and expand our enterprise-wide data analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, deep BI expertise (especially in Cognos), and the ability to align data strategy with business goals. This role requires both technical depth and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver insights that drive performance and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor BI, Reporting, and Data Science teams in delivering impactful analytics solutions.
Partner with business leaders to identify high-value data opportunities, define reporting requirements, and prioritize analytics use cases.
Architect and oversee the development of dashboards, KPIs, and self-service BI tools for real-time performance visibility.
Guide the design and deployment of machine learning and predictive analytics models to solve core business challenges.
Ensure data governance, quality, and standardization across all analytics outputs.
Evangelize analytics adoption across departments, enabling a data-driven decision-making culture.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.

Skills & Tools:

BI Platforms: Cognos
Data Tools: SQL, Python, R, SAS
Cloud & Big Data: Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks
Project Management: Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence
Data Governance & Quality Frameworks

Note: Experience in IBM Cognos is mandatory for this role. Familiarity with additional BI platforms (like Power BI or Tableau) will be considered an added advantage but is not a substitute.
