Role Description
A seasoned analytics leader with a proven track record in driving strategic insights and innovation across Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Data Science domains. Experienced in leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement impactful analytical solutions that support data-driven decision-making at all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor teams in Business Intelligence, Reporting & Analytics, and Data Science to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify data-driven strategies, define reporting needs, and scope advanced analytics use cases.Oversee the development and optimization of dashboards, operational/executive reports, and self-service BI platforms to enhance business visibility.Guide the creation and deployment of predictive models, statistical analyses, and machine learning solutions to solve business challenges and drive growth.Ensure robust data governance practices, maintaining high standards for data quality, integrity, and consistency across outputs.Promote organization-wide adoption of analytics tools and insights, nurturing a culture of data-driven decision-making.Manage project pipelines, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of analytics initiatives with high quality and business relevance.
