The BA is responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into clear requirements, defining functional and non‑functional specifications, and ensuring successful solution delivery that aligns with business objectives. Strong requirement gathering & documentation skills (BRD, FSD, user stories).
· Excellent stakeholder communication & coordination abilities.
· Proficiency in process mapping (AS‑IS/TO‑BE) and workflow analysis.
· Solid understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies.
· Basic SQL/data analysis skills for validation and reconciliation.
