Position: Level One Help Desk
Client: Enterprise Bank
Type: 12 month contract + extensions
Location: Fully Remote
Rate: 22 /hr + benefits

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
– 1+ year experience in Windows OS environment
-Familiar with Citrix VPN
– Familiar with Windows Hello for Microsoft MFA
-Post-secondary education
-FI experience or experience working at a large enterprise company
