Level 2 Researcher

Procom is currently looking for a Level 2 Researcher for our client in the public sector

THIS CONTRACT HAS A TBD START DATE AND GOES FOR END OF MARCH 2026 LATER
4 OPTION PERIODS OF 1 YEAR EACH
LOCATION: MOSTLY REMOTE (OTTAWA AREA)
LANGUAGE: ENGLISH
CLEARANCE: RELIABILITY (MUST HOLD BEFORE SUBMISSION)
REFERENCES: ALL PROJECTS REFERENCED

Mandatory Skills

🌷 Must has a certificate, diploma or degree in the area of specialization from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution. (English, Communications, Journalism etc.)
🌷Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last twenty (20) years, at the time of bid closing in all of the following: Conducting historical research based upon the secondary literature.
🌷Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience within the last fifteen (15) years leading the analysis of functional business requirements to identify information exchanges, operational procedures and decisions flows.
🌷Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last twenty (20) years, at the time of bid closing in all of the following: Conducting historical research based upon archival records.
🌷Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last twenty (20) years, at the time of bid closing in all of the following: Preparing historical manuscripts in academic style.
