We have an urgent requirement for a Level 1 Help Desk Analyst for a 3-month contract term.

Key details include:
– Onsite work for the first 2 weeks at the office located in Guelph, ON.
– Fully remote work for the remainder of the project.
– No on-call or after-hours support required.

The Level 1 Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for:
– Providing typical hardware support (laptop, OS, M365).
– Onboarding new employees and offboarding ex-employees from Active Directory.
