Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Learning & Development Project Manager who will drive L&D processes to implement learning solutions in various formats, including but not limited to in-person or virtual Instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning, webinars, self-directed learner pathways, and workshops. This candidate will develop an understanding of overall portfolio/program movement with individual lines of business and rationalize how the assigned projects fit with business priorities in the long term.
Responsibilities:
Support the vendor selection, engagement and onboarding process when third-party learning solutions are within scope
Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement strategies
Build relationships and maintain regular communications with internal and external stakeholders
Report on project progress with project teams and business stakeholders at different levels
In partnership with L&D CoEs and business partners, support the development of a delivery strategy, change & launch communications plan, and maintenance plan
Ensure tight governance control and actively manage/resolve risks and issues
Conduct project retrospectives and act on lessons learned for continuous improvement
Stay current with emerging trends in project management, inclusive of Agile and hybrid project practices and principles
Be an active member of the broader project management community by sharing subject matter expertise and learning to advance professional growth
Desired Skill Set:
7 years of experience in Project Management
7 years of strong exposure to large/complex projects
Hands-on experience with advanced MS Project and MS Office
Strong communication skills
Nice To Have:
Banking experience
Agile Certification
Learning and Development experience
