Lead Software Engineer / Software Development Manager | Toronto (Hybrid)
I’m partnering with a high-performing technology team looking for a hands-on technical leader who loves solving complex problems, mentoring developers, and staying close to the code.
We’re looking for someone with:
✅ Java & Spring Boot expertise
✅ Microservices architecture experience
✅ Angular or React exposure
✅ Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
✅ Leadership experience (Lead, Technical Lead, or Engineering Manager)
✅ Curiosity around AI, emerging technologies, and continuous learning
This isn’t a role for someone who simply delegates work. They’re looking for a passionate technologist who enjoys investigating issues, building solutions, leading teams, and communicating confidently with both technical and business stakeholders.
Capital Markets, Trading Technology, or Financial Services experience is a strong plus.
