👨💻 What you’ll do:
🔹 Lead full-stack development projects using C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server & Azure
🔹 Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across project lifecycles
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, etc.)
🔹 Architect secure, scalable solutions for distributed systems
🔹 Drive continuous integration/deployment practices and Agile delivery
🔹 Maintain system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and support critical applications
🎓 What you bring:
✔ 7–10 years in enterprise solution development and technical leadership
✔ Expertise in cloud technologies (Azure), SPA frameworks (Angular, React, etc.), and DevOps practices
✔ Strong SDLC and Agile methodology experience
✔ Deep knowledge of OOP, software security, and relational database design
✔ Experience with regulated environments, ideally healthcare or public sector
✔ Passion for building systems that truly make a difference
