As a technical leader, you’ll drive the design, development, and support of key applications that make a real difference in people’s lives across the province. You’ll also mentor fellow developers, guide architecture decisions, and work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and more.

💼 What You’ll Do: ✔️ Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions
✔️ Provide mentorship and technical direction to a team of developers
✔️ Collaborate in a cross-functional, agile environment
✔️ Contribute to both long-term strategic projects and short-term initiatives
✔️ Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Ontario Health
