• Einstein Bots & AI-driven automation
• Service Cloud Voice, Agent Console, Omni Channel
• Case Management, Call Routing & Voice Analysis
• NLP integrations and Knowledge Management
🔹 Technical stack:
• Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers
• Strong data access & management skills
• Clear documentation and communication of technical solutions
