8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a QA leadership role.
Proven experience in Agile project management or Scrum Master roles.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test lifecycle management, and defect triage.
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar.
Experience with integration testing, ETL validation, and report testing (SSRS, Power BI).
Hands-on testing experience with Charles River IMS and SimCorp systems.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
