Job Title: Lead QA (Charles River)
Location: Toronto, ON (4 days Onsite))
Job Type: Full time

Required Skills & Experience:
Hands-on testing experience with Charles River IMS is a must-have.
8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a QA leadership role.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test lifecycle management, and defect triage.
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar.
Experience with integration testing, ETL validation, and report testing (SSRS, Power BI).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
