Lead Python Sr. Developer

Hiring: Lead Python Sr. Developer / Architect | Location: GTA, Canada (4 days/week onsite)

We are looking for a Lead Python Developer + Architect with 10+ years of experience who can act as the SPOC for the pod and drive data and platform solutions in a banking environment.

Mandatory Skills:
Python, Azure Databricks (ADB), Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Power BI
ETL development & Data Warehousing
Spark, Scala, SQL
Experience with Airflow
Banking domain experience (Payments / Transaction Systems / AML / Core Banking)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:
Lead development and architecture for data platforms
Act as the primary SPOC for the team/pod
Design and implement scalable ETL and data solutions
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
