We’re Hiring | Lead MuleSoft Platform Support Engineer (Remote – Canada) 🇨🇦

🔹 Location: Remote (Canada only)
🔹 Type: Contract / C2H
🔹 Duration: Long-term
🔹 Experience: Strong MuleSoft Anypoint Platform + Spring Boot

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
◾ Provide platform support for MuleSoft integrations and Spring Boot APIs
◾ Perform code-level debugging and log analysis
◾ Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve production issues
◾ Monitor applications using Sumo Logic & New Relic
◾ Participate in on-call support rotation
◾ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability

🛠 Required Skills:
◾ MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
◾ Spring Boot / Java APIs
◾ API Security (OAuth2, OIDC)
◾ Monitoring tools: Sumo Logic, New Relic
◾ Basic AWS knowledge
