Lead Enterprise / Solution Architect

🚨 Hiring: Lead Enterprise / Solution Architect – Remote, Canada Required Skills: • Power Utilities experience is mandatory • Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture for large-scale transformation programs • Strong experience defining and governing target-state business, IT, OT, cybersecurity, and integration architectures • Deep understanding of utility operational environments including transmission operations, ISO/RTO environments, EMS/SCADA, or energy sector operations • Experience integrating IT, OT, cybersecurity, operational, and business systems within highly regulated environments • Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, operational technology architectures, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, network architectures, and cybersecurity principles • Experience working with NERC CIP requirements, operational reliability standards, and utility governance models • Experience supporting multi-vendor environments, complex integrations, and dependency management across large programs • Strong experience establishing architecture governance, design standards, review processes, and technical decision frameworks • Experience supporting operational readiness, testing governance, deployment planning, cutover activities, and transition execution • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across executive, operational, vendor, and technical teams • Strong documentation, analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving capabilities If you are interested, please share your resume.
