Role -Lead Business Analysts with Migration (Capital Mkt)

Requirements:
Must-have

Extensive experience in banking industry (Ideally Capital Market (incl. Derivatives), Wealth Management or Investor Services) with focus on transformation and leading complex migrations
Strong ability to develop and execute migration strategies, work with stakeholders to identify and resolve the issues on a timely manner
Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the migration process
Closely collaborate with technical and business teams to design and implement migration scripts and processes, validate and reconcile data post migration
Strong technical and project management skills and attention to details
Provide and execute a detailed run book outlining steps, timelines and contingency plans. To be executed in both test rehearsals and production go live.
Ability to work under pressure and extra hours as needed to meet the project’s aggressive timelines
Exceptional communication skills being able to present and articulate issues and necessary actions to the senior management.

Responsibility

The migration lead will be responsible for leading the efforts to migrate data and accounts from an old lender based legacy system to a vendor-based SaaS system This is a highly visible role working alongside other leads and SMEs as part of a major transformation program.
Leading a team of Business Analysts and SMEs to create and execute a detailed complex runbook to migrate data from a legacy system to the new SaaS system. This team is playing a key role in successful go live of the program and will assure accuracy of data points and successful reconciliation.
A highly organized and driven individual who can lead and work with SMEs and Senior stakeholders to migrate thousands of loans and collaterals to a new system The role requires hands on experience combined with excellent project managements skills You need to be able to work under pressure and be agile in order to keep up with the pace of a highly complex transformation program.
