Ontario Health is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to champion business requirements, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver impactful health tech solutions that serve millions. 🧠 What you’ll do:
🔹 Lead teams of Business Analysts and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
🔹 Elicit, define, and document functional and non-functional requirements
🔹 Design solution mock-ups and ensure alignment across project stakeholders
🔹 Champion best practices in solutioning, negotiation, and lifecycle documentation
🔹 Support healthcare system integration (FHIR, HL7, DHIEX, EHR)
🔹 Validate successful implementation of solutions and lead client engagements
🔹 Drive innovation in BI tools, interoperability, and user-centered design

🎯 What you bring:
✔ 7+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, and project/vendor oversight
✔ Strong healthcare IT background, including FHIR, HL7, system integrations
✔ Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, SQL, SDLC, and process mapping
✔ Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI), ITSM practices, and healthcare data standards
✔ Proven leadership in matrix environments with a passion for digital health innovation
