Job Description:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field plus five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in information technology. Must have 5 years of experience with business systems analysis, including translating business requirements into technology solutions, making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints, and creating technology roadmaps that are aligned with business partners.
Must have 5 years of experience in managing intakes, requirements, and dependencies for metrics related to multiple stakeholders.
Must have 5 years of experience drafting requirements related to the end-to-end SDLC lifecycle, from use case and story creation, to deployment, operational readiness, production support.
Must have 5 years of experience writing user stories, epics, and templates.
Must have 5 years of experience leading and contributing to agile ceremonies such as refinement sessions, retrospectives, sprint planning, and demo.
Must have 5 years of experience working with business intelligence or data projects, including data integrations and acquisitions.
Must have 3 years of experience in the retail industry and with retail specific contact centers.
Must have 2 years of experience with Power BI, Snowflake, Kafka, Data Bricks & Azure/ADF.
Must have 2 years of experience communicating technical and project management concepts to non-technical audiences, in business-oriented terms.
Must have 1 year of experience mentoring or leading junior Business Analysts.
