We’re Hiring a Labour Relations Consultant at the LCBO!
📍 LCBO | 12‑Month Contract Position | On-Site – Toronto, Ontario

In this role, you’ll support our Collective Bargaining process, help shape labour relations strategies aligned to business priorities, and build tools, training, and communications that strengthen LR capability across the organization.

✨ What You’ll Do
• Support the development of bargaining strategy through needs analysis and business consultations
• Facilitate preparation for collective bargaining and organize proposals
• Build labour relations tools, resources, and training to support leadership and HR transformation
• Advise HR and business partners on legislation, arbitration awards, and collective agreement interpretation
• Summarize key LR decisions to strengthen organizational knowledge and consistency
• Research labour market trends and provide strategic insights to internal stakeholders
• Develop communications that enhance alignment and understanding across the organization

✨ What You Bring
• Post‑secondary education in HR or a related field, plus 3+ years of HR or Labour Relations experience
• Strong understanding of collective bargaining, employment law, arbitration, and dispute resolution
• Ability to navigate complex LR issues in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments
• Analytical strength and sound judgment when interpreting authorities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior decision‑makers
• Experience in bargaining is a strong asset
