L1/L2 Support Engineer

Hiring: L1/L2 Support Engineer (Hybrid – Toronto, ON)
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite)
⏳ Duration: 3 Months Contract

We are looking for an experienced L1/L2 Support Engineer to join our team on a short-term contract in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Unix, SQL, and scripting, with solid experience in technical support environments.

Note: Only Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents (PR), or candidates with an Open Work Permit (OWP) will be considered.

✅ Required Skills:
L1/L2 Technical Support
Unix/Linux
SQL
Scripting (Shell, Python, etc.)

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Resolve advanced technical issues escalated from L1 support.
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex software and hardware issues.
Provide clear and detailed documentation of solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Escalate unresolved issues to L3 support or specialized teams.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.
