🔹 Job Details:
Role: Junior Scrum Master
Location: Richmond Hill, ON (Hybrid – 2 days per week in-office)
Work Schedule: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day)

🔹 Responsibilities:
Assist in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews).
Coordinate with the product owner and development teams to ensure smooth sprint cycles.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and team efficiency.
Help track and report sprint progress, assisting in managing project timelines.

🔹 Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Scrum Master is not required, but any exposure to agile methodologies or Scrum practices is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
Relevant certifications (Scrum Master, Agile, etc.) or training in agile practices are an asset.
Highly motivated and ready to grow within the Scrum Master role.
