We are looking to hire 4 Junior Business Analysts to support a large-scale digital health onboarding initiative. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to facilitate clinician onboarding, validate Health Information Custodians (HICs) and legal entities, gather and analyze business requirements, document business processes, and contribute to the successful implementation and adoption of digital health services.

Location: 2-3 days hybrid in downtown Toronto
Rate: $65/hr
Length of contract: 8 months with a 1-year renewal

Key Responsibilities:
– Gather, analyze, and document business and onboarding requirements.
– Validate Health Information Custodian (HIC) information, legal structures, and pre-approval requirements.
– Categorize and map clinician end users to approved HIC types.
– Develop business documentation, process maps, presentations, briefing notes, and reports.
– Support stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, business process improvements, and onboarding activities.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant onboarding.

Required Qualifications:
– Understanding of PHIPA, including consent, collection, use, disclosure, and safeguarding of personal health information.
– Knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of Health Information Custodians (HICs) and agents under PHIPA.
– Understanding of Ontario’s healthcare system, digital health services, and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
– Experience gathering business requirements, documenting business processes, and supporting stakeholder engagement.
– Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
