Must-Have Skills

✔ Knowledge of Health Information Custodians and Agents under PHIPA
✔ Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and documentation
✔ Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
✔ Experience with onboarding, intake, validation, or process coordination activities
✔ Understanding of Ontario healthcare sector onboarding requirements
