Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation initiative. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex digital transformation projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

 

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and change managers.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication across all levels.
Oversee vendor and partner coordination for CRM implementation.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with internal and external standards.
Drive user adoption and change management initiatives.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
4-5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 full-cycle CRM/D365 implementations.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
Experience with data migration, system integration, and release management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and Office 365 tools.

Preferred Skills

 

Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare).
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
