Java Developer

Our public sector client is looking for a Java Developer to support a modernization of mission-critical web applications!

Required Qualifications
Strong experience with Java and Spring Framework
Hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle preferred)
Experience working on enterprise or legacy system modernization
Familiarity with REST APIs and backend service development
Some exposure to React or modern frontend frameworks
Ability to work locally in Halifax, NS

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with JHipster
Public sector or regulated industry experience
Prior work on accessibility, performance, or security-focused initiative
