Procom is currently looking for an ITSM Lead, Senior for our client in the public sector

THIS CONTRACT HAS A TBD START DATE AND GOES FOR 12 MONTHS LATER (GREAT CHANCE OF EXTENSION
LOCATION: HYBRID (OTTAWA AREA)
LANGUAGE: BILINGUAL
CLEARANCE: SECRET (MUST HOLD BEFORE SUBMISSION)

Mandatory Skills

🍁Must have a minimum of five years’ experience within the past 10 years leading IT Service Management or IT Service Operations teams.
🍁Must have a minimum of two years’ experience within the past 10 years engaging with clients in the IT domain.
