IT Technician- Hardware

THIS CONTRACT HAS A TBD START DATE AND GOES FOR 6 MONTHS LATER (GREAT CHANCE OF EXTENSION)
LOCATION: ONSITE (OTTAWA AREA)

Experience:

👍 Must have proven experience as an electronics technician or similar role with the noted responsibilities. Preferred: formal certification in electronics or a related field, as well as manufacturing experience.
👍Must have strong understanding of electronic components and circuitry in the context of IT equipment (PCs, monitors, peripherals, etc.)
👍Must have recent experience with Networking equipment and Networking protocols.
👍Must have ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
👍Must be able to communicate and work effectively with engineering, production, sales and customers (This can include highly IT-literate staff and customers, to new production staff who will need detailed written instructions)
👍Must have experience in Manufacturing and boar level troubleshooting (Electronics Technician)
👍Must have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and manage time effectively
