IT Technical Business Analyst – Senior (HealthCare)
Hybrid | Edmonton, AB (Canada)
Contract: 24 months + optional 12-month extension
$40–$95/hour
Must reside in Canada

NORAMTEC is seeking a Senior IT Technical Business Analyst to support priority initiatives across a complex client environment. This role focuses on advanced business analysis, technical requirements management, and solution support for multiple concurrent initiatives, including system modernization, process improvements, and digital health system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications
Evaluate new technologies and existing services
Support solution design, proof-of-concepts, and production rollouts
Ensure quality, change management compliance, and risk mitigation
Engage senior business and technical stakeholders
Preferred Experience:
Senior-level IT Business Analysis experience
Health system environments
Knowledge of Canadian health information legislation (e.g., HIA)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Work Arrangement:
Primarily remote with on-site meetings in Edmonton (hybrid).
