$70.00 – $90.00 per hour (based on experience)
Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to support a high-impact Modernization of Operations initiative.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on transforming manual processes into streamlined technology-driven solutions through process re-engineering, automation, digitization, and AI adoption.
You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver actionable insights and a strategic modernization roadmap aligned with organizational and IMT priorities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Process Review & Modernization
Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies
Apply Lean Six Sigma principles for process improvement
Recommend automation, digitization, and emerging tech solutions
Project Planning & Stakeholder Engagement
Develop detailed work plans, timelines, and resource strategies
Collaborate across multiple divisions.
Partner with IT teams (Digital Delivery, Cybersecurity, Data Management)
Process Evaluation & Analysis
Establish baseline metrics (cycle time, effort, error rates)
Create end-to-end process maps and identify root causes
Evaluate modernization opportunities based on feasibility and impact
Reporting & Recommendations
Deliver executive-level reports and presentations
Build a phased modernization roadmap
Provide strategic, data-driven insights
Change Management Support
Support the adoption of new technologies and processes
Assess stakeholder readiness and organizational impacts

What You Bring
Proven experience in business analysis for large-scale transformation initiatives
Strong skills in process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Knowledge of digital transformation, automation, and AI
Public sector or government experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci)
