IT Technical Business Analyst – Intermediate

We’re Hiring: IT Technical Business Analyst – Intermediate
📍 Location: Remote/Canada
📅 Duration: 2025-06-19 to 2026-03-31 (12 Months possible extend.)
💲 Rate: $65/hr.*(CAD)

Must-Have Experience:
✅ Experience as a business analyst translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in an enterprise IT environment
✅ Experience as a project coordinator leading technical teams in multiple implementation and execution of information technology projects in an environment of similar size and complexity to the Government of Alberta
✅ Experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders
✅ Experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex engagements
✅ Experience in gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders across ministries or departments
✅ Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 specialist with deep expertise in its user-facing apps. Demonstrated ability to work closely with business area clients to build solutions that leverage Microsoft 365 to enhance productivity, collaboration, and business outcomes
🎯 Nice to Have:
✔️ Experience in analyzing process maps, descriptions, and data flow diagrams of complex business processes to understand records that are produced
✔️ Experience in the development of project documents for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.).
✔️ Experience with IT service management, IT service management applications, IT application development and maintenance
✔️ Experience working on projects with changing priorities, timelines, or requirements
✔️Experience working within an agile development environment.
