We have an urgent requirement for a Tier 2 IT Support Engineer in Toronto. This is a 1–2-month contract role with a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

The ideal candidate should possess:
– Hands-on experience in deskside and onsite IT support
– Experience with Zoom Rooms and Logitech
– Basic knowledge of FortiGate and networking, including mounting, cabling, and light VLAN changes

The resource must be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable coordinating with movers and AV contractors. A mindset suited to a fast-paced tech environment in a small to mid-size company is essential.
