Our client is currently seeking experienced IT Project Managers for onsite, long-term contracts in Regina, Saskatchewan. These roles offer a unique opportunity to work on impactful, public-facing digital services.

Role Overview:
As a Project Manager within a structured PMO environment, you will be responsible for delivering complex IT initiatives in collaboration with external vendors, internal departments, and executive stakeholders. You will be expected to apply proven project management methodologies to ensure successful project execution within scope, schedule, and budget.

This role involves:
Managing large-scale IT and CRM projects with cloud integrations
Collaborating across various stakeholder groups (ITD, vendors, partners, executives)
Navigating established governance frameworks and leading Executive Steering Committee engagements
Coordinating and facilitating team meetings, deliverables, and communication strategies

Required Skills & Experience:
10 to 25 years of experience leading multiple IT projects with
Proven track record managing large CRM projects with cloud integration (project budget $500K+)
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of an organization
Expertise managing projects involving 3rd party vendors and proprietary tech platforms
Solid knowledge of PMI-based project methodologies, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk, and resource management
Proficient in creating essential project documentation: charters, budgets, schedules, change orders, and reports
Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
Public-sector experience is a strong asset
