IT Project Manager (Spanish preferred)

Now Hiring: IT Project Manager (Spanish preferred)
Location: Downtown Toronto, ON, Canada (Local candidates only)
Hybrid – 3 days on-site
Rate: $100/hr

**Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:**
– 10+ years of Project Management experience within large, fast-paced, matrixed organizations involving multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities.
– Experience managing or supporting large-scale transformation initiatives valued at $10M+.
– Demonstrated experience creating and presenting executive-level roadmaps, project plans, and governance materials.
– Strong experience managing complex dependencies, risks, and delivery impacts, with the ability to proactively communicate and influence outcomes rather than simply track status.
– Experience partnering with technology teams, with a strong understanding of technical terminology, delivery methodologies, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
– Hands-on experience with: PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Copilot, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project.

**Nice-To-Have Skills:**
– Bilingual in Spanish and English.
– Experience managing fraud-related projects or transformation initiatives.
– Previous experience within financial services or banking.
– Experience with fraud management solutions such as Monitor Plus, BioCatch, or other fraud prevention, detection, or monitoring platforms.
