Our top5 banking client is looking for a who took on mixed roles of an IT Product Owner and Change Management Lead within the Capital Markets and Wholesale Banking Business!

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Change Lead/in consulting, preferably in the financial services industry
2) Experience with Capital Markets and Wholesale Banking business
3) Experience rolling out at least 1 large-scale business transformation platform
4) Excellent project delivery skills, with proven accomplishments leading cross-functional projects

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Experience with and corporate client onboarding strongly preferred
2) Experience with Agile methodologies preferably scrum
3) Technical knowledge with understanding of systems, design and architecture
4) Experience with Salesforce
