IT Documentation Specialist

We have a short-term engagement for an IT Documentation Specialist who will be responsible for facilitating workshops, gathering detailed technical information, and creating actionable “As Is” documentation for infrastructure and operations. This is a 2-month contract, fully onsite work in North Vancouver.

The ideal candidate must have strong background in IT infrastructure and operations; Experience facilitating workshops and engaging cross-functional teams; Proficiency in documenting complex IT environments using tools like Visio and PowerPoint; Understanding of ITIL & operational best practices; Ability to provide business context to technical findings. Familiarity with tools like Azure Migrate, Cloud Physics, or VMware Health Analyzer is an asset .for this role.
