The IT Business Analyst will support large-scale implementations in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments. This role focuses on leading business and functional requirements, facilitating JAD sessions, and driving end-to-end delivery across the SDLC.

Working with the teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, while producing key artefacts such as business cases, user stories, process flows, and testing documentation.

Require minimum of 8 years as an IT Business Analyst with strong experience supporting medium to large sized projects, using tools like JIRA/Azure DevOps and familiarity with APIs, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS
