Investment Deposit Coordinator

We are looking for candidates with experience or knowledge in investments to join our client’s team for a hybrid position in Mississauga, Ontario.

Responsibilities:
• Process daily transfer case lists for both ATON (electronic) and NON-ATON (manual) cases
• Redeem funds and facilitate transfers to other financial institutions via cheque or ATON system
• Accurately record client details, account information, and fund amounts—errors may result in rejection
• Manage inboxes related to transfers and complete supporting documents (e.g., Letters of Indemnity)
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with internal teams and external institutions regarding transfer rejections and required information

Must Have:
• Is currently residing in Canada to be able to travel to Mississauga
• Economics, Finance, or Business education background
• 1+ year of banking experience

Nice to Have:
• CSC or IFIC certificate
