Intermediate Quality Assurance Specialist

Intermediate Quality Assurance Specialist (Toronto, ON – Hybrid 2 days onsite)
End of April 2026 – 1 year | Possible 12 month extension
We’re hiring a Certified Quality Assurance Specialist (Intermediate level) responsible for the quality, reliability, secure data access, and performance of software applications through testing and defect identification,
tracking, prioritization, and resolution of those defects.

🔴 Mandatory (Pass/Fail):
✔️ At least 3 years of experience in the field of Software QA or related software development lifecycle activities.
✔️ MUST have valid certification in 1 of the following QA certifications:
(CSQA) or (CSTE) or (CAST) or (CTFL) Certification
✔️ 2 days onsite at Toronto, ON offices

Nice to have:
• Experience with software projects using Agile project management methodology, including processes for tracking requirements via user stories
and related acceptance criteria, and tools to facilitate that (ie. MS Azure DevOps, or other similar tools)
• Prior experience testing Salesforce applications and AI-based technology platforms
