Location: One of 5 locations in Ottawa, ON ONSITE.
Contract Duration: 1 Year (with possibility of extension)
Security Clearance: Secret
Language Requirement: Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Intermediate Project Administrator to support a range of project management activities across various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong bilingual communication skills (English/French) and the ability to assist with administrative, technical, and clerical project tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and technical support to project management teams, technical users, and end users web.
Assist with the maintenance of project documentation and application/system libraries.
Serve as the first point of contact for project inquiries, accepting incoming calls, logging them, attempting resolution of simple issues, and escalating more complex problems as needed.
Track and document project change requests.
Maintain and update relevant project information in both manual and electronic formats, including schedules, status reports, and correspondence.
Utilize various computer tools, aids, and system control languages (on PCs, minis, or mainframes) to complete administrative tasks.
Support the project management team with general clerical duties, ensuring all project-related materials are organized and accessible.
Regularly communicate with team members, technical users, and clients regarding administrative project matters.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bilingual (English & French): Fluent in both English and French, with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages, written and verbal.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the past 7 years developing multimedia and interactive eLearning components and maintaining training portals.
Minimum 1 year’s experience in the past 3 years working within an Enterprise Architecture team.
Security Clearance: Must hold or be eligible for Secret Security Clearance.
