📋 Role Details:
📍 Location: Fully remote (08:15–16:30 Alberta time, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
📅 Contract Term: August 13, 2025 – March 31, 2026 (10-month extension).

💼 Job Description:
We’re looking for three Intermediate IT Technical Business Analysts to coordinate IT infrastructure projects, focusing on Microsoft Active Directory and file system security for government reorganization efforts. Key responsibilities include:

🛠️ Project Coordination: Lead implementation of IT projects, defining scope and goals with stakeholders.
📝 Documentation: Create project charters, business cases, status reports, risk logs, and closure documents.
🤝 Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate meetings, bridge communication between vendors and teams, and build strong relationships.
🔄 Change Management: Drive change management, communication planning, and adherence to cybersecurity standards.
📊 Oversight & Reporting: Deliver weekly status updates, manage risks, and ensure projects meet client expectations.

✅ Qualifications:
Education/Experience: University degree in business/management with 4+ years of project coordinator experience, or 2-year diploma with 6+ years, or 1-year certificate with 7+ years, or 8+ years of project coordinator experience.
Project Leadership: 2+ years leading technical teams in large enterprise IT environments.
Scope Definition: 5+ years defining project scope and goals with stakeholders.
Deliverables: 5+ years developing project deliverables like charters and reports.
Project Management: 5+ years managing multiple projects concurrently.
Microsoft: 1+ year working on projects involving Microsoft Active Directory, file system security, or government reorganization (IMT changes).
