My client is looking for an Intermediate Technical BA to support a large M365/SharePoint modernization project. The role involves requirements gathering, information architecture, migration coordination, and modernizing legacy forms/workflows using Power Apps & Power Automate.

Must Have:
• 5+ years BA experience in enterprise IT
• Experience with SharePoint 2016 & SharePoint Online (M365)
• Requirements gathering, documentation, and working with technical teams
• SharePoint workflows, metadata, forms, and UI customization
• Strong project coordination skills

Nice to Have:
Process mapping, complex IT solution design, documentation expertise, IT service management.
