About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Intermediate IT Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid contract opportunity based in Toronto, perfect for someone with a strong background in digital and IT product management. You’ll play a critical role in shaping product strategy and execution across the entire lifecycle — from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead product planning and execution throughout the lifecycle
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
Define and articulate the product vision and strategy
Drive product innovation by identifying market opportunities and filling product gaps
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, PR, and executive teams
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
Translate vision into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes
Deliver rapid releases using Agile and Lean methodologies
Represent the product to both internal stakeholders and external customers
Evaluate promotional and go-to-market plans to ensure alignment with product strategy
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and engagement

What You Bring:
Core Experience:
5+ years in IT or digital product management
Proven success in large-scale digital/IT transformation projects
Expertise with Agile, Scrum, and Lean development practices
Strong product roadmap planning and execution experience
Skilled at defining and tracking KPIs to measure product success
Technical Skills:
Ability to translate business goals into actionable requirements
Experienced in discovery work, backlog management, and release planning
Strategic thinker with strong prioritization techniques
Communication & Leadership:
Excellent communicator and facilitator
Comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Experienced in stakeholder engagement, demos, and road mapping sessions
Government experience is a plus
